Job Overview

We are hiring for multiple positions including Kidney Dialysis in a newly built ward at a 90‑bed hospital with renovations and a positive work environment. Specialties needed: Medical Surgical, L/D, ER, ICU, and Med Surgical. A 6‑to‑14‑week orientation will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

• Retention bonus: $20,000 USD (every 3 months an additional $2,500 check)
• Relocation reimbursement: $5,000
• Hourly rates: $28 to $38 USD per hour, no cap on pay rates, with seasonal performance/payroll reviews

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure
• Successfully passed the National Council Licensure Exam‑RN (NCLEX‑RN)
• Must obtain ACLS and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire

Eligibility

Applicants must have Canadian citizenship and NCLEX‑RN licensure. If education was obtained in a non‑English speaking country, IELTS or PTE may be required. New graduates are welcome.
