Job summary

A leading health care organization in Surrey is hiring a Relief Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for their Long-Term Care team. The RN will provide enhanced care across multiple units, applying critical thinking and patient assessment skills. Qualifications

  • 1 year's recent related acute care and gerontological nursing experience.
  • Ability to perform duties under pressure and in an interdisciplinary team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care based on established standards and Fraser Health policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers in planning and evaluating care.
  • Document relevant observations and interventions using appropriate tools.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and autonomy.
  • Coordinate tests and procedures with relevant services.
