Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse with a valid license.
• Experience in community health is an asset.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to clients in homes and other community settings.
• Manage diabetes and dialysis cases.
• Administer medications and provide IV care.
• Offer palliative care and perform wound care.

Skills

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice

Experience in community health

Valid driver’s license

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
