Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in community home care or acute care nursing (RN).
• Current valid BC Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement and evaluate nursing care for clients.
• Participate in the administration of all Acts and Regulations applicable to nursing.
• Provide case management services including assessment and monitoring.
