Lifemark in Calgary is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join a multidisciplinary clinic focused on patient-centered care and continuous learning.

You will develop personalized plans, collaborate with physiotherapists and other professionals, and contribute to educating patients on recovery and self-management. New grads are encouraged to apply and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with provincial regulatory college.
• 1–2+ years of clinic experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and participating in clinic events.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care.
• Mentor and lead as assigned to support clinic staff.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing learning and professional development.
• Utilize e-charting and digital communication to streamline workflow.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
