Job summary

Primacorp Ventures Inc. is seeking dedicated In-Class Instructors to join the Abbotsford campus. This role focuses on academic and practical classroom instruction for the RMT curriculum, not clinical supervision.

We are looking for experienced educators to lead primary instruction and support specialized TA blocks, with flexible scheduling and multiple shifts to fit your needs and existing practice. Salary is $50.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed RMT in good standing.
• RMT & Theory instructors require a minimum of two years of experience as an RMT or relevant teaching credentials.
• Strong presentation and mentorship skills with a passion for education.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom lessons covering theory and practical applications of RMT curriculum.
• Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to students.
• Maintain professional learning environment and up-to-date materials.
• Keep attendance and progress records for Campus Director and Coordinator.

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicatedIn-Class Instructorsto join our team at the Abbotsford campus. This role is focused on academic and practical classroom instruction (not clinical supervision). We are looking for experienced educators to lead primary instruction and support specialized TA blocks.

Flexible Scheduling:We are looking to hiremultiple instructorsto cover our current course needs. Whether you are looking to work one day, two days, or all available shifts, we are happy to build a schedule that works for you.

Available Shifts & Schedules

Please specify which of the following blocks fit your current availability:

Mondays (Primary):8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Tuesdays (Primary): 12:30 PM - 4:00PM

Fridays (Primary): 8:30 AM - 12:00PM

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Excellence:Lead classroom lessons covering both theory and practical application of RMT curriculum.

Student Mentorship:Provide hands-on guidance and personalized feedback to help students reach their academic milestones.

Classroom Management:Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment, ensuring all materials are up-to-date with current textbooks.

Administrative Support:Keep accurate records of attendance and student progress for the Campus Director and Coordinator.

Qualifications

Education:Licensed RMT in good standing.

RMT & Theory Instructors: Academic faculty have a minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with CCHPBC or post-secondary credentials in a relevant field in which they are teaching.

Communication:Strong presentation and mentorship skills with a passion for education.
