As we continue accelerating our growth with new product releases and increasing adoption across mining, oil & gas, and autonomous vehicle sectors, we are expanding our technical support and product investigation team.

Role Description

We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented RMA & Product Support Technician to support our technical support team with incoming product investigations, preliminary troubleshooting, hardware inspections, disassembly, testing, and internal reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, taking products apart, troubleshooting failures, following structured investigation procedures, and clearly documenting their findings. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a practical troubleshooting mindset are critical to success in this role.

You will help inspect and test returned product units, perform basic preliminary checks, document observations clearly, and hand off findings to senior support team members for deeper investigation and customer‑facing follow‑up. Over time, you will develop strong familiarity with ExcelSense sensor systems, hardware assemblies, common failure modes, and RMA investigation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize returned RMA units, performing initial assessments and documenting findings.
• Perform hands‑on disassembly, inspection, testing, and reassembly of camera systems and related hardware.
• Conduct preliminary troubleshooting and functional testing to help identify, replicate, and isolate reported product issues.
• Follow established RMA investigation procedures and accurately document observations, test results, and supporting evidence.
• Escalate findings to senior technical support team members for detailed investigation, root‑cause analysis, and customer follow‑up.
• Work closely with technical support, engineering, quality, and operations teams while helping maintain organized RMA records, tools, and investigation materials.

• Practical troubleshooting mindset, with the ability to follow test procedures, inspect issues carefully, and identify possible causes
