Qualifications

• Experience in risk and control management, reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill key operational risk management activities in the 1LOD BUORM team.
• Support updating ORM program records in Archer and validate procedures.
• Assist with change initiative risk assessments and risk registers.
• Coordinate 2LOD oversight requests and monitor policy adherence breaches.
• Monitor IT and Maverick findings centrally; ensure timely communications.
