About the job:
  • Support risk management activities and ensure the implementation and close-out of the annual risk management plan for the institute.

  • Ensure operations comply with local laws and regulations and meet internal corporate governance requirements.

  • Monitor key risk indicators (TOP risks) on an ongoing basis and promptly report any risk deviations.

  • Organize and lead the development of operational risk management capabilities.

  • Conduct regular internal self-assessments and deliver risk management training.

About the ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.

  • Familiar with risk management methodologies, project management and audit experience.

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, with excellent communication skills, business drive, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proficient in synthesis and reporting, capable of independently preparing related business reports.

  • Strong learning ability and a willingness to continuously improve personal skills in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Team player with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
