As a Risk Assessment Insurance Specialist within RBC Wealth Management Financial Services Inc. (RBC WMFS), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Estate Planning Specialists (EPS) and RBC Dominion Securities Investment Advisors (IA) with their insurance policy reviews. You will be a proactive problem-solver, a relationship builder, and a team player with exceptional communication skills. What will you do?
  • Provide the Book of Business listing to the EPS team and collaborate to identify high-priority policies (e.g., Universal Life YRT policies, Whole Life policies with loans or premium offsets).
  • Gather and deliver essential documentation, including original illustrations, current statements, in-force illustrations, and Term renewal spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track review progress, and set reminders for future policy reviews.
  • Address questions or concerns related to policy reviews and ensure seamless support for the EPS team.
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Representative's certificate in insurance of persons issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance or financial services
  • Post-secondary education
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy
  • Proven track record of delivering high-level client service
