A sports organization in Ottawa is looking for passionate individuals to serve as ringette commentators. This volunteer role involves providing engaging live commentary for upcoming events, including the 2026 Canadian Ringette Championships. Key responsibilities include real-time event coverage, analysis of player strategies, and conducting interviews. Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, strong knowledge of ringette, and adaptability for irregular hours. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this dynamic position.

A ringette commentator provides live play‑by‑play commentary and analysis for sporting events on radio, television, or online platforms.
Reporting:
This position reports directly to Ringette Canada’s Director of Communications, Marketing & Engagement and the Communications Coordinator.
