Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and of RF and wireless systems
  • Create detailed documentation and designs using AutoCAD, iBwave, Visio or similar software/tech
  • Support the sales teams with RFPs
  • Ensure compliance with TIA, NFPA, and other public safety and telecommunications standards.
  • Test system performance through regular field measurements
  • Conduct RF analysis and coverage modelling
Skills / Must have
  • 5-7 Years of RF, Wireless and Telecommunications Engineering
  • Strong RF Sales experience
  • Advanced experience with Radio Access Networks (RAN), Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, iB Wave and/or Visio
  • Experience with optimizing and improving RF and Wireless Solutions
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent provincial designation.
