Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and analytics environments.
• Experience with GTM implementations and multi-channel conversion tracking.
• Strong technical fluency in tracking infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute tracking infrastructures across GTM/GA4.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagements across Marketing Ops.
• Communicate directly with clients translating technical insights.

Skills

Technical mastery of HubSpot, Marketo, and/or Pardot

Strong expertise in GTM and GA4

Hands-on experience with offline conversion tracking

Ability to evaluate and optimize revenue operations processes

Data-driven mindset

Strong client-facing communication skills

Curiosity and drive to deepen RevOps skill set
