Job Summary

This position performs revenue audit responsibilities in order to minimize lost revenue. This position requires lifting, pushing and flipping packages up to 70 lbs. This position may perform other tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining labels up, proper spacing, no stacking; organize packages based on operational flow and UPS methods.
• Report and escape any unreadable or missing labels.
• Identify discrepancies between actual weight/dimensions and billing data.
• Weigh packages at a DIM weight scanner and ensure scanners are functioning properly and packages are in position to have labels read (i.e., facing up) by the scanner.

Qualifications

• Possesses effective verbal/written communication, problem‑solving, research and time‑management skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
