The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day health, governance, and adoption of our commercial CRM ecosystem, with a primary focus on HubSpot.

This role serves as the primary owner of CRM governance for Sales and Customer Success, maintaining clean and reliable data, ensuring processes are followed, and helping teams utilize the tools as designed. The role is both independent and collaborative, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams to maintain data integrity and deliver strategic analysis.

The position is remote (work from home) opening.

Duties and Responsibilities
System Maintenance & Processes:
  • HubSpot Data Cleansing and Maintenance: Regularly audit HubSpot to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in the Sales Pipeline and account assignments. Cleanse data to eliminate duplicates and inaccuracies across CRM and reporting systems.
  • Translation Management System Data Cleansing and Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Translation Management System for Customer Groups and account assignments.
  • Systems Synchronization: Oversee the synchronization of data between HubSpot and Translation Management System to eliminate discrepancies and ensure alignment.
  • CRM Support Liaison: Providing support and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with HubSpot Support to resolve any team‑initiated queries.
  • Maintain and optimize current processes, automations, and reporting. Monitor adoption and usage across departments for alignment and data integrity.
  • Adjust and scale processes as the company's needs evolve to support growth and efficiency.
Data Governance & Hygiene:
  • Perform regular data quality checks (duplicates, ownership, completeness).
  • Ensure correct assignment of accounts, contacts, and deals.
  • Review pipeline and lifecycle accuracy; follow up with reps/CSMs to correct inconsistencies.
  • Flag recurring issues or risks to Revenue Operations leadership.
Data, Reporting & Collaboration
  • Support key dashboards and operational reports (Sales, CS, Finance).
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy for forecasting, commissions, and revenue reporting.
  • Share feedback on trends in requests, usage, or data issues.
Projects
  • Support completion and maintenance of core CRM modules (onboarding, business reviews, account plans, etc.).
  • Assist with small process improvements and optimizations.
  • Participate in RevOps projects as assigned.
Performance Objectives
  1. < 1% data error rate across key CRM objects (Companies, Contacts, Deals).
  2. 100% completion of weekly data quality checks (duplicates, missing fields, misassigned accounts).
  3. Timeliness & Responsiveness
    • Ad‑hoc data requests completed within 24‑48 hours (depending on complexity).
    • Monthly reports and dashboards updated by agreed deadlines.
  4. Process Compliance & Documentation
    • 100% of new workflows, properties, and changes documented within 48 hours of deployment.
    • All monthly audits completed (e.g., pipeline hygiene, lifecycle accuracy, Translation Management System accounts).
  5. System Optimization
    • At least 1 process improvement per quarter (automation, workflow cleanup, reporting enhancement).
    • Reduction of manual tasks for Sales/CS by 10–20% over the first year.
  6. Adoption & Usage Monitoring
    • Weekly monitoring of HubSpot usage, ensuring:
      • Deal stages are updated.
      • Required fields completed.
      • No stalled deals beyond defined thresholds.
      • Flagging non‑compliance to the Manager within 24 hours.
Experience
  • 2‑3 years of professional experience, ideally in a data‑driven or analytical role.
  • Prior experience as a Data Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or Marketing/Sales Operations Analyst is a strong plus.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams preferred.
  • Project management or process optimization experience is an asset.
Education
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Courses or certifications in data analysis, business analytics, or related fields are considered a plus.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Reporting, RevOps, or Marketing Software).
