At BuildOps, we’re building a groundbreaking software solution, purpose-built to support today’s commercial contractor. From helping our customers to manage their service all the way to project management, we’re breaking the mold and building a team that invests in our mission statement. We love driven, self-motivated folks that thrive in fast-paced environments. Could you be our next hire?

We are seeking a detailed‑oriented Revenue Operations Systems Admin to support our go‑to‑market (GTM) motions by ensuring data integrity, optimizing processes, and delivering actionable insights. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align systems and reporting, enabling our teams to scale efficiently. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations. This will be a hybrid role based in one of our 3 hubs.

What you will do:

  • System Administration & Optimization: Own day-to-day administration of GTM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.), including user management, permissioning, page layouts, workflows, and system configuration.
  • Process Enablement & Automation: Translate business needs into system workflows and automation, helping reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Maintain clean, reliable data across systems through proactive audits, validation rules, and best practices in data governance.
  • Project Execution: Support new tool implementations, system migrations, and process improvements, ensuring GTM teams have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Tool Adoption & Enablement: Proven ability to maximize ROI from GTM tools by performing routine audits, leading onboarding, and ensuring strong user adoption through continuous support and education.
  • Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation for system processes and provide training or enablement to end users as needed.

What we look for:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. (Salesforce Administrator certification required)
  • Process Development: Proven experience developing and scaling operations processes from scratch, with a deep understanding of workflows, automation and business processes.
  • Cross-functional Expertise: Demonstrated ability to align multiple stakeholders (sales, finance, legal, customer success) and drive project execution through collaboration.
  • Technology Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce and integrated systems. (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Nooks etc.)
  • Collaborative Communication: Translates technical changes into clear guidance for end users and partners effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Compensation:

  • $96,000 - $110,000 base salary + annual bonus opportunity

  • Macbook computer provided
  • A comprehensive benefits package
  • Flexible PTO and hybrid work schedules
  • Work from home stipend
  • Hubs in Los Angeles, Toronto, and Raleigh with hybrid work schedules and lunch provided for in-office days
  • Company events like BBQs and team-building activities, both in-person and virtual
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment
  • Opportunities for growth and career advancement
  • Chance to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions
