Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, delivery, or logistics operations.
• Familiar with parcel handling, return processes, and exception management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious, with a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle on-site operations for pickup, return, and exception parcels at front warehouses.
• Coordinate return logistics capacity and arrange shipments back to the Local Area Distribution Center.
• Assist the supervisor with daily reports and issue tracking.
• Ensure that all front warehouse operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
