Job SummaryThe Workforce Planner will be responsible for optimizing labor efficiency and effectiveness across retail channels. This role involves developing optimized labor schedules based on various data points, including traffic, sales, and employee requirements, with a strong focus on budget utilization and productivity management. The Workforce Planner will collaborate closely with store teams to ensure retail channels are adequately staffed to meet peak demands and forecasts, driving operational excellence and maximizing performance.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
