Job summary

LCBO Fort Frances is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (Casual) to greet customers, share product knowledge, and process transactions on our store floor and at the tills. You will assist with receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards, while delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.

Must be 18+, eligible to work in Canada, and prepared for a criminal background check. Union dues apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Willingness to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register.
• Stock receiving and shelf replenishment tasks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, share product knowledge, and process transactions on the sales floor and at tills.
• Demonstrate great interpersonal skills and deliver positive customer experiences.
• Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, stocking and maintaining Customer Ready Standards.
• Participate in store duties including lifting up to 40 lbs/18 kg as needed.
