Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is hiring Store Team Members. You’ll help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by keeping shelves stocked and assisting customers with needs. Training is provided, no prior experience is required, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced team.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is expected, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay mobile throughout shifts in a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout shifts.
• Customer-service oriented with a courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
