Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the management team in daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a well-organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately one year of experience in retail
• At least one year in a supervisory role
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting the management team in store operations and staff.
• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
• Stocking daily products on shelves.
• Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.
• Providing good customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Performing cash management, opening and closing duties as needed.
• Following up on assigned tasks.
• Conducting manager-on-duty tasks: time and attendance tracking and recruitment support
