As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores you can expect to :

  • Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
  • Assist with daily store operations including managing inventory, restocking shelves and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
  • Work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Key dates include but are not limited to November 28, November 29 and November 30 (Black Friday weekend) and December 26 – December 29 (Boxing Day weekend)

Please note: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus.
