Job summary

Nike Toronto Premium Outlet Store is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service. As a Specialist, you’ll guide shoppers to the right products, coach team members, and uphold Nike’s Service Principles to create memorable experiences.

You’ll work 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends, with a focus on teamwork, growth, and maintaining a energetic, customer-first culture in a dynamic outlet environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
