Savers / Value Village in Yorkton, SK is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead a busy thrift store. The role focuses on driving store performance, supervising team members, and ensuring excellent customer service in a dynamic retail setting.

You will participate in onboarding, training, and daily operations while supporting store expansion goals and community-oriented programs with our company values and Thrift Proud motto.

Responsibilities

• Make store-level decisions that directly impact store performance.
• Develop and empower team members to deliver great customer service.
• Oversee Front End, Production and Community Donation roles as needed.
