Job summary

Your Independent Grocer in Canada is looking for Store Team Members to provide a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and ensuring health and safety standards. No previous experience required; training provided.

This is a unionized position with starting pay of $18.25–$18.45 per hour. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible for days, evenings, weekends. Applicants will undergo a background check and onboarding.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required. We provide you with training to set you up for success!
• A team player with attention for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
