Savers | Value Village in Victoria, BC is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to link team effort to store results and empower staff.

As part of Savers' Thrift Proud family, you will make important decisions daily, lead and develop team members, and participate in onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead and develop team members to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and shrink control.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.

Pay Range: $41,769- $55,135.08
