Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervise the floor, manage product displays, and maintain overall store cleanliness.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
  • Lead and support front-line staff in day-to-day tasks.
  • Provide training and guidance to new and existing employees.
  • Assist with scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or escalate issues to the business owner.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and handle customer complaints or issues.
  • Ensure that all team members provide friendly, fast, and courteous service.
  • Resolve product or transaction-related issues effectively.
  • Perform cash counts, reconciliations, and prepare bank deposits when required.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking inventory.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
  • Ensure staff comply with all Circle K policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school

Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
