Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site position based in London, ON, for a Retail Store Manager & Sales Lead. The Retail Store Manager & Sales Lead is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing loss prevention policies, training staff, driving sales, and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

  • Ability to make data‑driven decisions and implement retail strategies tailored to business needs.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is a plus.
