Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Belleville, ON. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise and motivate the team, manage inventory, and ensure the store's overall success. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer satisfaction, driving sales, optimizing store performance, implementing company policies, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
