Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Management position located in Calgary, AB. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales. Key tasks include training and coaching employees, maintaining inventory, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring store compliance with company policies and procedures.
