Marshalls in Halifax, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to lead and inspire teams and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive store operations, visual merchandising, and service standards, while training Associates and fostering collaboration. A background in retail 1–2 years and strong communication are preferred; competitive hourly pay reflects local market.

What You’ll Do
