Job summary

TJX Canada’s Homesense Store Calgary is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to lead in delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You’ll guide Associates on service policies, drive visual merchandising, and support store operations to ensure smooth daily activity.

You’ll work with a collaborative team to maintain high standards, train staff, and contribute to the store’s brand through engaging displays and effective customer service.

Qualifications

• Relevant Experience – 1-2 years in retail or service, with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes.
• Team Collaboration – A collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships.
• Task Management – Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adapting to new challenges.
