Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to provide a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves and assisting customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meeting customer needs and upholding health and safety standards.

No previous experience is required as training is provided. You should be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends and be able to lift up to 50 lbs as you move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
• Set up promotions and programs directed by the company.
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.
