Job summary

Winners, part of TJX Canada, is seeking Retail Associates to join our Thunder Bay location. You will greet customers, assist with their needs, operate cashier duties, and support backroom and store maintenance to ensure an inviting shopping experience.

We value a friendly, team-oriented culture and offer training to help you grow within our off-price retail family. All associates have access to discounts and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is welcome but training is provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
• No experience required – training will be provided.
