Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to provide a warm, helpful shopping experience and ensure shelves are stocked to meet customer needs. You will assist customers, maintain displays, and support promotions while following health and safety standards.

No previous experience is required; we provide training to help you succeed. Flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends, with an ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Unionized role with hourly wages listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
