• Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders: Picks and assembles orders from different temperature areas, confirms product selection, quantities, and codes.
• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy: Selects fresh products, removes damaged items, and labels paperwork like pick slips and shipping labels.
• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing: Packs totes efficiently, maximizing space while maintaining quality and safety.
• Support Customers and Team Operations: Balances tasks with customer interaction and helps resolve issues.
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards: Keeps area clean, follows safety checks and hygiene procedures.
