Job summary

Dollarama in Comox is seeking an energetic store associate to assist with daily packing, stocking, and checkout duties. You will provide excellent customer service, help with store maintenance, and ensure shelves are well arranged. This role requires ability to lift boxes and climb ladders as needed for product placement and restocking.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing.
• Customer oriented and team player.

Responsibilities

• Packing and unpacking daily pallets.
• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
• Stocking daily products on shelves.
• Lifting boxes of products to ensure proper product placement.
• Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.
• Providing customer service.
• Helping with the store maintenance.
• Processing checkout transactions and supervising self-service checkouts.
