Job summary

Canna Cabana in Selkirk, Manitoba is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader who is knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature. You will recruit, coach, and train top talent to ensure customers receive a superior, informed experience.

You will lead by example, maintain a spotless, well merchandised store, and develop staff through positive coaching while building the brand within the local community.

Qualifications

• Must have Smart Choices Cannabis certification.
• Clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
• 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations.
• Post-secondary education in a related field; MS Office and POS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must already have, or be able to quickly obtain,Smart Choices Cannabiscertification
• Must provide a copy of clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and at least 1- 2 years’ retail supervisory experience
• A valid First Aid certification is considered an asset
• Experience working with similar brands/products (not necessary, but an asset)
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends and different locations.
• Ability to develop and train staff through positive coaching and feedback
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Flexible schedule (weekdays, weekends and evenings)
• A passion for customer service excellence
