1010TIRES.COM is opening a state‑of‑the‑art Markham facility and seeks a hands‑on Retail, Service & Fulfilment Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations across retail sales, eCommerce fulfilment, four‑bay service, mobile service, and tire storage. You will report to the General Manager, Retail Operations and balance customer experience with efficiency.

You’ll recruit and coach a cross‑functional team, own scheduling, inventory, and inter‑location distribution, and push continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in retail/auto service environment.
• Experience balancing customer experience with operational efficiency.
• Strong financial acumen and budget ownership.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work retail hours.
• Experience in multi-location or hybrid store/service model is a plus.

1010TIRES.COM is a fast-growing, multi-province retailer specializing in tires, wheels, and automotive accessories. We’re opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Markham, Ontario, a true center of excellence that brings retail, eCommerce fulfilment, professional tire and wheel service, mobile service, and customer tire storage together under one roof.

This new location represents an exciting evolution of the 1010TIRES.COM retail experience. It is an opportunity to build a modern, integrated operation from the ground up and help establish the standards, processes, and customer experience that will shape how we operate across Canada.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands‑on Retail, Service & Fulfilment Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operation of our new Markham facility. Reporting to the General Manager, Retail Operations, you’ll be responsible for the performance of the entire site, from retail sales and customer experience to service bay operations, warehouse and eCommerce fulfilment, mobile service, and our growing tire storage program.

You’ll lead a cross‑functional team and ensure each part of the operation works together seamlessly, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, service quality, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment.

This is not a traditional retail management role. You’ll be on the floor, in the operation, and close to the customer‑solving problems, supporting your team, and driving performance. You’ll have a unique opportunity to build a new hybrid retail model from the ground up, establish best practices, and help set the standard for 1010Tires.com locations across Canada.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across retail sales, eCommerce fulfilment, four‑bay service, mobile service, and customer tire/wheel storage.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team across sales, service, warehouse, and mobile technicians.
• Own inventory management, order fulfilment, and inter‑location distribution to other 1010Tires.com stores.
• Manage service bay scheduling and the mobile service dispatch program to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales performance, manage budgets, and deliver on financial targets for the facility.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience across in‑store, phone, chat, and mobile channels.
• Partner with the General Manager, Retail Operations on promotions, product assortment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of management experience across retail, wheel and tire, automotive service, distribution, and/or fulfilment operations.
• A track record of building and leading great teams.
• Comfort managing both a customer‑facing operation and a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience owning budgets or P&L.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and peak seasons.

SCHEDULE

• Full‑time, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required by seasonal demand.
