Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a retail sales & technical service associate, referred to as an agent advisor. You will greet customers, provide technical support, and assist in finding products and services that meet their needs.

You will help customers sign in devices for setup, run diagnostics and repairs, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience with a passion for technology.

Qualifications

• 6+ months’ retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment.

Base pay range
