Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Vaughan, Canada is seeking a Sales Support associate to help deliver sales plans through customer-focused interactions and product knowledge. You will assist with replenishment, merchandising, and operating the cash wrap while maintaining a high-energy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards.
• Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Ability to lift 10–50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and engagement by adhering to safety standards and store policies.
• Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures.

• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
