Job Opportunity: Full Time Retail Sales Specialist

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy new product releases by top brands. The position involves working effectively with store management to increase retail sales and execute client-driven merchandising to meet expectations. The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, and capable of driving sales and brand awareness at major retail locations.

You will engage and educate customers about leading retail brands. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed. We offer top-notch training and competitive pay rates, ranging from CAD $44,000 to $50,000 annually.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain full distribution on all authorized SKUs to meet client and company objectives.
  2. Communicate effectively with management and customers.
  3. Sell live orders at store level for multiple clients in over 50% of stores monthly.
  4. Increase sales through promotional activities, displays, themes, and plan-o-gram adjustments.
  5. Ensure all authorized items are correctly tagged and remove un-saleable or out-of-code products.
  6. Authorize items to meet client shelf schematic standards and manage POS materials.
  7. Manage stores within your territory to meet client goals and execute projects.
  8. Spend over 4 days per month preparing and conducting wholesaler subgroup calls.
  9. Complete accurate reports, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports timely.
Qualifications:
