Advantage Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in Vaughan, ON to work with store management and execute client-driven merchandising. You will maintain shelves, ensure planogram compliance, and drive sales across major retailers within your territory.

Qualifications

• Retail grocery experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in retail, client, or food broker preferred.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shelves at major retailers and ensure Planogram compliance and correct pricing.
• Stand on feet for up to 8 hours.
• Ensure product freshness and process returns of all unsaleable product.
• Increase sales volume by selling and building displays.
• Drive speed to market and distribution on new product releases.
• Suggest orders and selling programs to retailers.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, recaps, timesheets, expenses.
