Job description

As a Field Sales Representative on the Shared Retail Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by driving sales and distribution growth in your territory, representing our clients including Coca-Cola (Nutrition) Company, Campbell’s, and B&G Foods at grocery/mass stores.

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering results while thinking like an owner when managing all aspects of the territory including, but not limited, to securing case orders, building gold standard displays and securing distribution growth & documentation of results.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial spirited individual who is laser focused on growing the business at retail.

Responsibilities
  • Superior execution of core program fundamentals such as: sales, negotiating & building display, POP material, distribution of innovation & planograms compliance
  • Achieve above target results in all KPI’s including sales growth, distribution, innovation speed to market & ad hoc sales initiatives.
  • Develop a positive working relationship with all key retail contacts, including but not limited to retail owners and managers.
  • Negotiate incremental sales including bookings, SPLAN & allocation tables, in-line orders.
  • Improve merchandising and use of promotional pieces in store (POP)
  • Execute and deliver retail coverage as per plan for efficient and effective call frequency and length while maintaining laser on delivering high ROI for the client
  • Accurately document call activity via call reporting tool
  • Manage effective allocation of funds and complete thorough budget documentation
  • Act as a category expert providing timely and insightful retail feedback to our client
  • Work in field at retail with extensive travel within your defined territory
  • Complete administrative tasks including tracking, submitting call reports, checking email regularly for new product info and updates
Qualifications
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, day time hours
  • Experienced in territory management
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Organized, flexible with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Excellent communications skills in French and English
  • Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and call reporting tools
  • Daily access to Internet and email to be able to complete administrative tasks including tracking, submitting call reports, checking email regularly for new product info and updates
  • Must have a computer with internet access
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
  • Must be able to store POP at home location.
