A multinational company in decorative surfaces located in Toronto is seeking a Retail Sales Manager. The successful candidate will manage client relationships and enhance sales strategies while overseeing customer service and business intelligence. Applicants should have at least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial sector, along with strong communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary between CAD 65,000 and CAD 75,000 with a significant bonus structure.
At Cosentino () we are looking for a Retail Sales Manager for our Distribution Center located in Toronto ONT who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment in full expansion surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
As a Retail Sales Manager you will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities as well as understanding what they are looking for to achieve their short‑and long‑term expectations to ensure delivery of the best of our services.
You will serve as our clients' main point of contact helping them to reach their goals and ensuring a continued positive and profitable relationship for both sides. To be a successful Account Manager with us you will work with different segments :

The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000 annually with a 25% bonus structure paid quarterly.
Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography, market skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for a potential annual award, depending on individual performance and company performance in accordance with the terms of the company’s plan.
