Key Responsibilities
- Sell cars and achieve sales targets with a high standard of professionalism and top-level customer service.
- Hire, train, and support the sales team, driving high performance.
- Direct and schedule sales team activities, ensuring proper staffing.
- Motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Oversee efforts of sales consultants to enhance dealership image and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer retention and profitability by recruiting qualified sales personnel.
- Establish and enforce product-knowledge standards.
- Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience.
- 3+ years of automotive sales management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented with a strong emphasis on achieving high customer service ratings.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and One‑Eighty (180) is an asset.
- Strong time‑management skills; able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Valid OMVIC license in good standing.
- May be required to work Saturdays as needed.
- Previous automotive dealer sales management experience is an asset.

- Location: Bowmanville, ON
- Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $140,040.10 per year (annual)
