POP MART in Toronto Premium seeks energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to deliver memorable shopping experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, sharing the POP MART story and guiding guests through product knowledge and recommendations.

You will assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations while supporting Robo Shop replenishment when required, with flexible scheduling and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic relationships.
• Share POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectible characters, and promotions.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, including blind boxes and new launches.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Support receiving shipments, replenish merchandise, and maintain stockroom accuracy.
