Job summary

Marlow Hiring is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Calgary to deliver excellent customer service and support daily store operations. You will help customers find products, process transactions, and keep the sales floor inviting in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role requires 0-1 year of experience, basic math skills, and a friendly attitude. Flexible weekends and lifting up to 25 lbs are expected as part of the job duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 0-1 year retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product questions and purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support merchandising and promotional displays; handle basic customer service issues and escalations as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
