Job summary

Old Navy in Calgary is seeking a FT Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers and to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience using an omni-channel approach. You will educate customers, assist with wardrobe selections, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals while upholding a welcoming environment.

As a customer-focused team member, you will engage shoppers on the sales floor, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a neat, organized space.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

About The Role

As a FT Brand Associate, you're an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You're responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You're an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you'll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.

• A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.
• Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
