Job summary

Ace Liquor Bonnie Doon in Edmonton is seeking friendly Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers, and stock shelves. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products.

This role requires 1 year of retail experience, a High School Diploma, and ProServe certification. We offer educational reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance within the Ace banner.

Qualifications

• Minimum, 1-year experience in retail environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ProServe/Serving It Right Certification.
• First-Aid Certificate is considered an asset.
• Training in wine/beer/spirits (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and greet customers as they enter the store.
• Greet customers, assist with product selection, and educate on offerings.
• Stock shelves and participate in merchandising and promotions.
• Handle POS transactions and cash with accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, maintain clean store and proper paperwork.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures and routine maintenance.
